While Louis delved into the manufacturing world of design and engineering, Sherri stood steadfastly by his side, offering unwavering support and contributing her own expertise to their joint endeavors. While supporting Louis in his career, Sherri also pursued her own professional path as the office manager at the church they attended for over a decade. Her dedication to organizational efficiency and attention to detail served as invaluable assets in both her professional and personal life. Sherri's passion for the health and wellbeing of her family led her to develop a deep interest in the growing and processing of their own foods. Hesston Kemp is a prominent figure in the world of machining, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer of LK Machine Solutions, a leading CNC distributions company. Born into a family with a rich heritage in precision engineering, Hesston is the youngest of three siblings. With a passion for the intricate art of machining instilled in him from an early age, Hesston embarked on his professional journey alongside his father, Louis Kemp. From an early age, Chance demonstrated a strong work ethic and a natural aptitude for business. In addition to his involvement in the family business, Chance pursued a career in law enforcement, serving as a peace officer for a decade. In addition to her work in farming, Hailey pursued training in the medical field, further expanding her knowledge and expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies from Texas State University, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy, innovation, and customer engagement. With numerous years of experience in sales, Cole has consistently demonstrated an ability to build meaningful relationships, understand client needs, and drive growth. His background equips him with the insights and skills necessary to lead high-performing teams and contribute to long-term strategic success. Outside of work, Cole is happily supported by his lovely wife, Kayla, and is a devoted father to their toddler son, Caden. Family is a core part of who he is, and he brings that same commitment and care to his professional relationships and leadership style. Cole’s combination of educational background, real-world experience, and personal integrity make him an invaluable part of the LK Machine Solutions team, and he’s poised to help drive continued success and growth for the company.
